It is typical that doctors have an insatiable appetite for new patients.  Of Course, new patients are the life blood of practice growth.

There are three concerns about marketing that some would say is secret. First, you must be ready to handle more patients.  Your team members may not know how to answer the phone correctly.  We have a pinpoint, exact script that works.  It worked so well that others in the industry continue to use this dialog we created over 30 years ago. In addition to monthly consulting programs, we also offer a modified marketing program which provides an in-office visit, diagnosis, presentation and delivery of materials which can be implemented immediately.  This is done in a half day visit following doctor and staff completion of a marketing questionnaire and pre-consultation telephone conference. There are also incentives for doctors you refer to Capacity Management.  This can be done via direct doctor’s referrals or by sponsoring a study club and or association presentation.
