Greg Jack founded Capacity Management 30 years ago and has successfully consulted over 7000 thousand practices through out the U.S., Canada, and Australia.

In 1980 Greg Jack co-founded Whitehall Management.  Since that time he enjoyed a very successful consulting career in dental, chiropractic, wellness and medicine.  Greg has pioneered many of the concepts that are now basic to running a highly successful practice and he remains on the cutting edge of high growth consulting.  Greg is an expert in diagnostics, communication skills and getting results in practice growth.  Doctors have appreciated Greg’s professionalism; dedication and straight talk.  Greg has received the moniker, “The Doctor’s Doctor.”

Lisa Gapinski
Twenty years of dental experience allows Lisa to have special insights.  She is keen on understanding the patient’s point of view without disrupting the team’s responsibilities to run a smooth well oiled practice.  Her specialties include recall systems, financial consultations, insurance, collections, scheduling, coaching and training.  She has the ability to train your team in your office while in motion with patients or over the phone.  She brings experience, wisdom, and a clear calm sense of vision and accountability to the Capacity Management team.  Practices that have been trained on and implemented our structured recall system have experienced increase up to 57%!

Christelle Palmire
She has had an 18 years extensive career in health care, dental, chiropractic and medical.  As a specialist in marketing for healthcare, she brings clear and powerful insights to developing marketing systems, and driving new patients through your front door.  Christelle is an expert in marketing, very insightful and a team builder.  She has a broad background in the healthcare arena and is an accountability specialist.

Travis Russell
Travis has an artistic flair and astute understanding of developing a marketing message that will drive the new patients flow.  He completely understands branding you and your clinic.  He will work with you to adapt your current marketing pieces or completely design a custom marketing piece that meets your needs.  Travis actually started the direct mail program for Whitehall in the early days of mail.  He has the know how and contacts necessary to get a custom, full sized, full-color piece delivered to the patients you choose.
